If you are lonely, reach out to someone whom you know will be excited to hear from you.
If you wish that someone would call you, pick up your phone. Call someone who will appreciate hearing from you.
If you want to hear that you are loved, tell someone how much you appreciate and love them.
You can only get better when you give that which you long for most, in return, you will feel a better person but above all the emptiness in your heart will go away, you will learn that maybe that is how you become happy, it is really never about you no matter how much in pain you are.
