I remind myself that what I am about to say is not "cast in stone".

It is surely different for others.

The stories you tell yourself, the stories you share with others about yourself especially those that serve no purpose to contribute to your life growth should no longer be told.

Tell a new story or just don't tell at all. You may replace the old story with a simple "I don't know" and let yourself be open to new possibilities than repeating the same old record that no longer helps you.

Let it go, be still, be silent and allow universal providence to push you to a new story.
