Yesterday was alright.
It started slowly, but eventually picked up.
I spend my days in the corners of my mind, Where I beat myself up and create a dark world.
It gets better when I get on top of the treadmill for an hour of jogging but yesterday I only did 10 minutes of sprinting.
Jogging mixed with the remembrance of my goals, reading, lots of sex and writing is something that I make sure that my body, mind, and spirit gets.
The days can go any other way but the above and my work is something I Can control.
These days I am spending a lot of time in the kitchen though, I recently learned how to bake brown bread.
I explored other baking goodies so now and then when I need a break from work I hit the kitchen to try some art with baking.
